Carepoint: A free "point of care" interactive booth for those in need | Fall 2021

Helping The Homeless Population To
Access Medical and Vaccination Resources

Carepoint is a vending machine that allows any individual to get assistance from a certified doctors through an interactive system. It also offers emergency care kits for free, and provides resources around vaccination. This was centered at a time when less than 30% of the homeless population in big cities were aware about COVID-19 and vaccination efforts.

Interaction Designer & Prototyper

While we all contributed to different all parts of this project. My focus was in developing user flows, spatial and interactive design for the pods; taking accessibility, safety and comfort as a main design premises. I also took the role of visual design, creating a design system and branding directives, including media creation.
